Fundamentals of Technological Processes

FAST-BJ05Acad. year: 2013/2014

The subject contains, considering the technological profile of the branch, theoretical conditions for selected technological operations – classification, mixing problem, conditions for securing the production quality according to ISO. The course introduces the basics of liquid heterogeneous bodies. Approaching basic theory of compaction, mixing and homogenizing mixtures. The subject concerns further the education in the probability area and in fundamentals of mathematical statistics. The mass industrial production uses selected statistical methods for evaluation of production procedures i.e. descriptive statistics, frequency tables and histograms. The initial analysis of data, quartile graphs, dispersion variance and covariance analysis. Tests of distribution accordance, quality control. Estimates and testing of hypotheses.
The lectures are accompanied with tutorials having partly calculation character.
