Learning outcomes of the course unit

Students will have a clear idea of fundamental functions of management. They wil be capable to identify several management aproaches in specific situations in organizations.

Prerequisites

Basic knowledge of corporate organization and of function of management. Understanding of fundamental principles of market economics.

Planned learning activities and teaching methods

Teaching methods depend on the type of course unit as specified in the article 7 of VUT Rules for Studies and Examinations.

Assesment methods and criteria linked to learning outcomes

Conditions for passing an exam: Knowledge of taught topics and their practical application.
Form of examination: Written and oral – presentation of acquired knowledge and own opinions, knowledge of taught topics, knowledge of textbooks and recommended literature.
