Assesment methods and criteria linked to learning outcomes

Students are obliged to present and defend an assignment on the topic "Specifics of National Cultures Related to the Human Resource Management". Content, presentation skills, answering questions and written paper are evaluated. Completeness of answering questions is evaluated in process of final verbal examination.

b) To improve the participants' personal effectiveness and self-development skills for the purpose of cross-cultural management

d) To develop the skills of using the theory of cross-cultural management in international context
