Introduction to the ecology, ecology zoning and relation to the other subjects, ecological niche - fundamental and realized; ecological media and ecological factors of environment; ecological quantivalence and adaptation; ecological soil, water and air characteristics; population ecology - demecology, intraspecific relations, interspecific relations; communities - biocoenose, its characteristics, classificacion and structure; ecosystem - productivity and production, food chains, ecosystem stability, important ecosystems and structure of their biocoenosis; definition and characteristics of basic animal and plant species employed for bioindication.biogeography of Earth; landscape, biosphere, man and the biosphere;

5. Plant bioindicators.
6. Animal bioindicators.
7. Interaction of organisms
8. Population, cenosis, stratification.
9. Climax, succession, strategy of plant.
10.Stability of cenosis.
11.Basic cycles in ecostytem.
12.Biogeography.
