1. Introduction, history of the phytosanitary service, organisation structure, fundamental terminology and legislation concerning phytosanitary service
2. Type plan of crisis management - epiphytis, law about phytosanitary service and implementary legislation, precautions implemented at extensive occurrence of harmful organisms.
3. Competence of authorities of veterinary services, organization, structure, legislation concerning veterinary service and implementary legislation
4. Natural reservoirs of diseases, anthropozoonosis, representants of organisms misused for bioterrorism. Epidemiologic characteristics of diseases distinguishing epidemies resulting from biological weapons and natural invaders
5. Role of epidemiologists and epizootologists at bacteriological and toxin terrorist attacks. Veterinary service in prophylaxis of epizooties. Extraordinary veterinary precautions at epizooties.
6. Type plan of the crisis management at epidemic, epidemiologic prophylaxis and investigation, organization concerning in food surveillance
