  3. Patient data, coding, classification.
  4. Computerized patient record, biomedical signals and images.
  5. Methods of computer-aided diagnostics, clinical diagnostic systems.
  6. Strategies of data acquisition, data representation, expert systems in medicine.
  7. Medical information systems, methodologies.
  8. Clinical applications of medical information systems, technical aspects.
  9. Methodology od medical data processing, analysis of signals and images.
  10. Biostatistics.
  11. Modelling in diagnostics.
