Electrical Measurement

Get experience and knowledge of working with electronic measurement instruments for electric and non-electric measurement.

Prerequisites

Basic knowledge from analog and digital electrical engineering. Basic knowledge about elements inside electrical and electronic equipments and units.

  2. Analog measurement mechanism.
  3. Active electrical quantities, analog voltmeters.
  4. Digital measurement. A/D converters for measurement.
  5. Recorders and analog scopes.
  6. Structure of analog scopes and its application.
  7. Digital scopes and its features.
  8. Measurement in logical systems, spectral analyzers.
  9. Time, frequency and phase measurement.
  10. Current and power measurement.
  11. Passive electrical quantities, resistance, capacitance, inductance.
  12. Characteristic measurement. Generators for measurement.
  13. Magnetic and other non-electric measurement.
