The aim of presented work was to test several encapsulation techniques for preparation of micro- and nanoparticles with encapsulated caffeine. Five different methods were used for preparation of micro- and nanoparticles with encapsulated caffeine. Caffeine was packaged into liposomes and polysaccharide particles (chitosan/alginate).

Cílem předložené práce bylo otestovat několik techniky enkapsulace pro přípravu mikro-a nanočástic s enkapsulovaným kofeinu. Pět různých metod bylo použito pro přípravu těchto mikro-a nanočástic. Kofein byl enkapsulován do liposomů a polysacharidovýh částic (chitosan / alginát).

English abstract
