This paper presents a neural network for gas recognition exploiting an array of various gas sensors. The main sections of the gas analyzing system are described, in addition to their functional integration into the laboratory analyzing system equipped by industrial embedded gas sensors. Special attention is paid to the neural network structure and its programming to self-learning.
