Original Abstract

A novel algorithm for analysis Debye material in time domain simulations is described. The implementation is based on a digital filter technique. Bilinear transformation is used for a mapping continuous frequency response of the dispersive dielectric onto the z plane. The resulting model is accurate and has good physical background. Example results of the simulations and validating the technique are discussed.
