Original Abstract

This paper deals with the multi-physic optimization of the high speed surface mounted permanent magnet machine. Basically, mechanical analysis, thermal analysis and also electro-magnetic analysis were performed in order to achieve better performance of the machine as a system. Optimized machine imagines the complicated system with high speed 140 krpm, limited operating space and high operating temperature 250deg.
