Original Abstract

The design of digital filters for terminating computational area for time domain analysis is described. Coefficients of a digital filter acting as absorbing boundary conditions (ABC) are found by means of two-objective optimization. The limits of two-pole two-zero filter application for a waveguide termination are discussed.
