Original Abstract

The paper dealsi with the texture analysis of retinal nerve fiber layer in fundus images utilizin Markov random fields. The aim of the method is to exract disease-related features in order to improve diagnosis of glaucoma.

Czech abstract

Článek se zabývá texturní analýzou vrstvy nervových vláken ze snímků sítnice s využitím Markovských náhodných polí. Jsou prezentovány texturní příznaky, které lze využít pro prodporu diagnostiky zeleného zákalu.

English abstract

The paper dealsi with the texture analysis of retinal nerve fiber layer in fundus images utilizin Markov random fields. The aim of the method is to exract disease-related features in order to improve diagnosis of glaucoma.
