Original Abstract

The formation problem of new functional and constructional materials on the basis of silicon carbide and aluminum nitride with predicteble properties makes the monitoring of their properties very important. This monitoring consists of as experimental test as simulation of processes which define the formation (during sintering) and decreasing of the material strength (at destruction).
