The contribution concerns disparity based stereo analysis based on bimodal imaging (stereo pairs from scanning elektron microscopy in back-scattered and secondary electron imaging modes). Concrete results of the complex method of 3D surface reconstruction, which is a result of several years theoretical and experimental research, are presented. This paper deals namely results for particular bio-composite materials.
