Some aspects of assesment of rezidual static reliability of panel buildings

Basic characteristics of structural systems of precast panel buildings are described. Basic groups of panel structures failures are discussed. Some of defects are caused by the level of knowledge of structure and material behavior in time of design (about 50 years ago). The algorithm of maintenance, reconstruction and revitalization of the panel constructions is presented.
