Original Abstract
In the paper, the wiener filter, spectral subtraction and thresholding methods are defined and then the special types of thresholding rules are proposed on the basis of these definitions. These special thresholding rules realize wiener filter or the spectral subtraction. In conclusion, the selected thresholding rules are tested for noise reduction efficiency and for amount of input signal degradation.
