To find the real source of faults or breakdowns of building structures within the scope of an experts report, it is necessary to use complex calculation methods and procedures that can reveal the real causal context of the fault or the breakdown. An example of such approach is shown on 3D analysis of a girder seating detail whose failure gave the impulse to a chain collapse of a large annex building of a storage hall just at the time when the supporting prefabricated reinforced concrete structure was being assembled.
