Original Abstract

The study of kinetic processes in nitrogen flowing post-discharge with oxygen traces is the aim of our experimental work. It is important to know this mechanism for different applications in the plasma chemistry (for example plasma sterilization). The significant role in kinetic processes has concentration of oxygen traces. This experimental study compares wall temperature influence on this effect and influence of different type of post-discharge tube (PYREX and quartz discharge tubes).
