Original Abstract

Present paper deals with creation of a reliable computational for the simulation of forward extrusion. Comparation of measured hardness and computed strain distribution from FEM is demonstrated. Based on the results. Combined extrusion- compression procedureof bolts production is simulated by FEM. Detailled analysis of stress, strain and workability exhaustion during subsequent production stages is presented.
