Original Abstract

This thesis deals with structural design of an universal trash rack. Thesis consists from several dependent parts. First one describes technical solutions of trash racks with trash rakes used in present. Second part contains engineering design and 3-dimensional model created in SolidWorks modeller. Third section describes stress analysis of track rake and uses these results for designing of rake drive. Stress analysis of representative system parts is created by Finite element method in ANSYS Workbench software. The last part of this thesis describes trash rake motion kinematics.
