Original Abstract

As we advance into the coming decades, renewable energy sources, particularly photovoltaic and wind power, are poised to become dominant players in our energy landscape. The annual expansion of these energy infrastructures is imperative. Concurrently, integrating electricity storage solutions is paramount to maintaining the robustness and stability of the electricity grid. Electric vehicles, expected to be a cornerstone in this evolution, will substantially leverage this renewable infrastructure. This paper introduces an innovative optimization model specifically designed to harness energy from photovoltaic plants for charging EVs. The model uses two electric car charging approaches: priority and non-priority. These categorizations are formulated considering the dual objectives of catering to user demands and ensuring the seamless functioning of the electricity grid.
