Original Abstract

Marketing and management play important role in business activities. There are so many inputs for decision making that are difficult to measure. The fuzzy logic uses means for description of unsharp and vague values. The lecture deals with the application of this theory in business and marketing and describes the advantages. The use of artificial neural network and genetic algorithms are mentioned.
