Original Abstract

Těžiště článku spočívá ve formulování míry vlivu klimatických podmínek na tvorbu a užívání vernakulární architektury. Zabývá se objekty z 19. a počátku 20. století, které mnohdy stále patří do fondu užívaných budov. Tyto samostatné jednotky pro bydlení vznikaly převážně prací místních řemeslníků. Zabezpečovaly bydlení i hospodářskou činnost. Byly lokálního charakteru. Zkoumanou oblastí je území severní a jižní Moravy a české Slezsko.

English abstract

The focus of the paper is to formulate the degree of influence of climatic conditions on the creation and use of vernacular architecture. It deals with buildings from the 19th and early 20th centuries, which often still belong to the stock of buildings in use. These self-contained housing units were predominantly the work of local craftsmen. They provided both housing and economic activity. They were local in character. The study area is the territory of northern and southern Moravia and Bohemian Silesia.
