Original Abstract

The paper reports on the transfer of stable optical frequency through free-space optical testbed and a fiber link testbed. The measurement results show the phase noise of freespace optical channel without turbulence, with atmospheric turbulence and with active stabilization of the received optical wave by MEMS mirror. The results are compared with a 1-Hz linewidth laser.
