Original Abstract

Článek ve své první části rozebírá způsoby nakládání se stavebními a demoličními odpady v České republice v letech 2007 až 2015. Poukazuje také na anomálie ve sběru výrobních dat a nakládání s nimi v legislativních podmínkách ČR. . Existují také některé legislativní problémy, které omezují možnost dalšího rozšíření recyklace stavebních a demoličních odpadů, zejména s ohledem na limitní hodnoty znečišťujících látek. Tyto hodnoty jsou porovnávány s rakouskými limitními hodnotami pro stejné znečišťující látky.

English abstract

The article analyzes in its first part the methods of handling of construction and demolition waste in the Czech Republic in the years 2007 to 2015. It also points to the anomalies in the collection of production data and their handling in the legislative conditions of the Czech Republic. There are also some legislative issues that limit the possibility of further expansion of the recycling of construction and demolition waste, especially with regard to the limit values of pollutants. These values are compared with Austria's limit values for the same pollutants.
