Original Abstract

Metal-halide perovskite nanomaterials are gaining significant atention due to their structure, size and shape versatility facile synthesis and easy procesing from solutions. In addition, they possess outstanding optical properties, such as emitting light within a narrow bandwidth of the visible spectrum and high photoluminescence quantum yields. Thus, peroskite nanoparticles have proven to be applicable for optotelecronic devices, such as OLEDs, photodetectors and lasers. The prsent work is focused on the synthesis of methylammonium lead bromide perovskite nanoparticles which are stabilized by bio-originated capping agent. Proteinogenic amino acids L-Lysine and L-Arginine were chosen alongside with various surfactants not only for the stabilization but also for the surface modification.
