Original Abstract

The Hubalov weir is located in the north of the Czech Republic at the Jizera River that is the right bank tributary of the Elbe River. Due to the minor significance and low potential consequences in case of weir collapce it has been classified as a hydraulic structure of the category IV, ie. the lowest consequence class with only limited extent of surveillance and measurements.
