Original Abstract

This article discusses potential-induced degradation (PID). There are described possible disadvantages of protecting photovoltaic power plants using PID regeneration device, call as PID doctor. Prepared samples were many times degraded and regenerated. After each cycle a measurement of their electrical parameters was carried out.
