Original Abstract

This paper deals with the influence of moisture on perovskite photovoltaic cells. Moisture is considered to be one of the most common degradation mechanisms. However, research has found that the use of 20% relative humidity (RH) enviroment in the production of perovskite solar cells has a positive effect on its conversion efficiency. Perovskite active layer with moisture impact had also a less continuous morphology and film formation was faster. The perovskite grains have unified leading to the enlargement of its volume. This reduced the number of grain boundaries (barrier to the generated current). The conversion efficiency of the perovskite photovoltaic cells produced at 20% RH was η = 7 %. The conversion efficiency of the perovskite cells in environment without humidity has reached approximately η = 5 %.
