Original Abstract

We present the study of the universal automatic apparatus for measurement of noise spectral density. General philosophy of the automatic apparatus was stated taking into account complete noise characterisation of the analysed device. A universal automatic apparatus for complete noise characterization is suitable for laboratory and for detailed analysis of technology. Therefore a second version, suitable for production lines has been designed. This version is intended to measure and evaluate frequency noise voltage for electronic devices before and after degradation due to the operating process.
