Original Abstract

This article builds on the existing results of testing the machining of hardened steel bearing rings. In this area as a standard grinding technology is mainly used [3]. As an alternative machining technology has been used turning cubic boron nitride. Results to date indicate that can be achieved in mass production of values that correspond to the prescribed stage of storing IT Tolerance fourth arithmetic mean deviation of the profile in the range of Ra = 0.2 and Ra = 0.4.Subsequently, the testing was carried out at various speeds and particularly at two different sizes tool overhangs.
