Original Abstract
Methylphenylsilane and Trimethylphenylsilane molecules were studied using a crossed electron/molecular beams experiment. The ionization energies as well as the appearance energies with a focus on a dissociation of methyl and phenyl ligands were estimated. Considering the previous results of Dimethylphenylsilane electron induced dissociation; the effect of substitution of methyl and hydrogen ligands will be described.
