The colagen scaffolds can be presented by micro computer tomography (microCT). The microCT visualizes the scaffold in real 3D volume. The volume scanned on the mCT is incomplete. That is why it must be stained. Then, the scan of scaffold is complete.

V kolagenovém skafoldu mohou být vizualizovány pomocí mikro počítačové tomografie (microCT). MicroCT vizualizuje skafold v reálném 3D objemu. Objem naskenovaný na mCT je neúplný. To je důvod, proč to musí být zvýrazněna. Poté, skenování skafoldu je kompletní.
