Original Abstract

Cheese pH analysis using advanced confocal microscopy technique of two dimensional lambda scan and fluorescence lifetime with a help of white light laser (WLL) and HyD. WLL and Hyd were used to get a stack of time resolved images with a different spectral positions. The resulting time resolved fluorescence images were evaluated manually from this exported data.
