Original Abstract

Forensic engineering and its potential in terms solution of risk situations. Also possibilities of forensic engineering in practice, especially in the context of forensic expertise. The emphasis on the importance of the human factor in relation to errors that are almost always on the side of human, which consists of a number of shortcomings and neglect in practice. This paper points the importance of the human factor in the risk assessment and risk analysis in the form of forensic expertises.
