článek je zaměřen na popis sledování napětí v předpínacích kabelech 5-ti polového mustu přes Odru užitím magnetoelastické metody.

English abstract

This contribution deals with observation of motorway bridge construction over the Odra river in Ostrava. It is five-field composite bridge with the largest span 99,5 m of the middle field. The main aim of observation this bridge construction is verification of real behaviour of building in three selected sections on every single construction situation and comparison real values of measured parameters with designed values. There are monitoring proportional deformations of concrete and steel by vibrating wire strain gauges in the scope of long-term observation of composite bridge D4708.2 over the Odra river in three selected sections. Stresses in longitudinal steel cables are measured by the Elasto-Magnetic technology with using portable measuring unit PROJSTAR. It is a non-destructive method for stress monitoring in the steel cables. ME sensors for monitoring tensions of steel cable which is composed of 27 cables Lp 15,5 were designed. Construction of the EM sensor is very simple and reliable. On a plastic bobbin primary and secondary coils are wound. There are ten longitudinal cables with the average length 540 m in the bridge. Dimensions of these cables are rare in Czech Republic. Results of tension measurements are continuously offered to designers of bridge to comparison with design values. Then it is possible to correct prestressed forces. This measurement is very important to estimation of real friction losses. All sensors, which are used on this construction, are designed for long-term observation. The main purpose of this composite bridge monitoring is verification of concrete rheology influence and relaxation of steel cables.
