Original Abstract

In the present paper we will first describe the game, then we will outline some of the research questions and concepts that might be of interest for students of human decision making and economic behavior in general, namely, the problem of cooperation in single-trial games, the problem of the dynamics of cooperation vs. defection in iterated games, the ability of players to optimize their decisions by learning from experience, and the role of personality variables in decision making. General guidelines for prospective research are also discussed.
