Original Abstract

There are several mechanisms that are related to the fluctuation phenomena in QCM. The paper focuses on adsorption desorption noise without consideration of the diffusion process in an active layer, and presents its model, which is developed on the basis of the Kolmogorov equation for interaction between two reservoirs.
