Original Abstract

The solution of the inverse problem of electrocardiologie relies on the correct placement of the heart in the thoracic cage. For its optimization it is proposed to use information obtained from multiple ECG leads. The results of this study show that as a reference point for this task can be used the position of the dipole representing the activation of cardiac ventricles in the course of the first 20 ms of the QRS complex.
