Proces tvorby simulačného modelu vo všeobecnosti predstavuje určitú rekonštrukciu a svojím spôsobom predikciu výskytu možnej existencie javov vyjadrujúcich objekty skúmania. Predmetom modelovania a simulácie je štúdium objektov, ktoré už existujú v realite alebo v nej existovať mohli. Príspevok sa zaoberá existenciou objektov v dávno minulej dobe, ktorú možno popisovať prostredníctvom simulácie predikčného modelu. Jadrom modelovania priestorových javov predikčného modelu prostredníctvom simulácie procesov je realizácia priestorových analýz nielen archeologických dát, ale i využívanie nástrojov skúmania charakteristík krajinných prvkov a faktorov vplývajúcich na výskyt dávno minulej existencie. Výsledkom simulačnej štúdie bude kompletný simulačný model pre účely archeologickej predikcie. Životný cyklus simulačného procesu predstavuje 2 etapy: návrh a tvorba simulačného modelu a experimentovanie s modelom. Príspevok sa venuje jednotlivým etapám simulačnej štúdie v rámci archeologického predikčného modelu. Prostredníctvom simulácie ako výskumnej techniky, ktorej podstatou je náhrada skúmaného dynamického systému určitým simulátorom, bude predikovaná tzv. abstrakcia riešených objektov modelu archeologického náleziska. Pomocou simulátoru sa experimentujú stanovené ciele pre získanie informácií o pôvodnom systéme. Z výsledkov simulačnej štúdie možno rekonštruovať vzhľad pozostatkov ľudskej činnosti z dávnych dôb s využitím 3D modelov a ich vizualizácie.

The process of simulation model generally represents a reconstruction of its way and prediction of the possible existence of phenomena reflecting objects investigation. The subject of modeling and simulation is to study objects that may already exist in reality or it could exist. The paper deals with the existence of objects in a time long past, which can be described by the simulation prediction model. The core modeling spatial phenomena prediction model through simulation process is to conduct not only spatial analysis of archaeological data, but also the use of instruments examining the characteristics of landscape elements and factors affecting the incidence of long-past history. Results of simulation studies will be completed simulation model for the purposes of archaeological prediction. The life cycle of the simulation process has got two stages: proposal and design of simulation model and experimentation with the model. The paper focuses on the individual stages of the simulation studies in archaeological predictive model. Through simulation as a research technique that is the essence is the substitution of the examined dynamic system by certain simulator will be predicted as the abstraction object model solved. The simulator is used for experimenting with the set targets in order to obtain information about the original investigation system. The results of simulation studies can reconstruct the appearance of the remains of human activity from ancient times by using 3D modeling and visualization.
