Original Abstract

Chemical factory on northern Bohemia produce 8500 t of Epichlorhydrine per year and amount of pollution discharged to Elbe river is approximately 15,000 t of inorganic salts, 580 t COD and 60 t CAOX per year. Because of very high content of inorganic salts and Ca+ ions in wastewater was necessary to find process which is stable, reliable and is not effected by such extreme salinity.
