Original Abstract

The literature presents several models of the vocal folds function. Most authors base their constructions on Bernoulli's effect in which the driving force of the vocal folds is the air underpressure during its passage through the narrowed glottis. The paper focuses on the definition of a new functional model of generating loud vowels. The model is based on the principle of the compressed air buble.
