Original Abstract

This paper deals with influence of temperature on the piezoelectric ceramics parameters. The properties of ceramics and its material coefficients are changing during the temperature increasing. The work is focused on the measurement of changes of piezoelectric coefficients after temperature increasing and subsequent decrease to room temperature. In applications where PZT ceramics is used, stable piezoelectric coefficients in wide-temperarure range are accentuated. In our research we measured the temperature dependencies from room temperature to temperature of Curie point.

Czech abstract

Cílem publikace je definovat vliv teploty na parametry piezoelektrické keramiky. Během působení zvýšené teploty se mění vlastnosti keramiky a tím i její materiálové koeficienty. Práce je zaměřena na měření piezoelektrických parametrů při nárůstu teploty a následném poklesu na pokojovou teplotu. V aplikacích kde se využívá PZT keramika je kladen velký důraz na zachování konstantních piezoelektrických koeficientů v co nejširším teplotním rozsahu. Po překročení mezních teplot je nutné popsat následné chování PZT keramiky. Proto jsou závislosti na teplotě proměřeny od pokojové teploty až do teploty blížící se Curierovu bodu.

English abstract
