Original Abstract

The business requirements specification is crucial in various types of information technology implementation projects. The ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) implementation into organization makes a large interference into relationships among business departments and IT department. It shall be well decide which processes and concepts will be performed and which way of implementation will be chosen. There are some critical success factors which determine the successful requirements formulation. Several steps and conditions for business requirements formulation regarding to ITIL implementation are summarized. After all these steps the base for management decision of ITIL implementation scope can be provided.
