This work deals with the basic analysis of the properties of thin clients and the distribution protocol used in desktop virtualization. To testing and comparison of the most widely used virtualization systems was developed testing methodology. The various steps of developed methodology were transferred into the script due to multiple repeat tests. The last part of this work deals with a case study for deploying virtualization into the real environment.
