This article discusses the principles, function and design of the developed device. This device was designed as a fluorescence analyzer. The device will be used for the detection of toxic substances due to biochemical reaction that changes fluorescence emission after light excitation. The device to be used for measurements in deep wells with drinking water. Fluorescence substance is applied to the end of an optical fibre. The optical fibre is connected to the device.
