Original Abstract
The paper deals with a frequency-domain model of memristor and its use for the steady-state analysis by means of the harmonic-balance method. The model is based on a polynomial approximation of its flux-charge constitutive relation, allowing analytical formulation of relations between spectral components of stimulus and response, both for periodic and quasi-periodic steady-state conditions. It is not necessary to transform signals between the time and the frequency domains to obtain the memristor response. The paper shows a simple implementation of a single-tone model in Matlab using convolution operators. Example analyses demonstrate the model validity.
