Original Abstract

High performance concretes used in nuclear power plants for the nuclear safety related structures have to satisfy special requirements, for instance they should resist well to higher temperatures, frost cycles, etc. In this paper, the properties of two high performance concretes used in concrete containment buildings of nuclear power plants are tested from the point of view of hygrothermal properties, and their performance is evaluated.
