Original Abstract

The operative control of reservoir outflow belongs to a set of non-structural measures that lead to the flattening of flow in the river network downstream of the reservoir. Apart from classical optimization approaches to the controlling algorithms construction there is a possibility to use some artificial intelligence methods, which are currently used in theory of dynamic systems control (e.g. fuzzy - regulators, neural - regulators).
